We make every
effort to get all merchandise to you in a timely fashion. Along with
each item description, you'll find an estimated delivery time if the
delivery time exceeds normal delivery time, which is approximately
three weeks.
We are in constant
contact with our manufactures and artisans and update this site regularly.
But, because so many of our items are custom or handcrafted, delivery
may sometimes require additional time. We are sure you can understand
why we do not want to pressure or hurry our artisans.
Some furniture
and other custom items may require up to 12 weeks before shipment.
We believe you'll find these distinctive pieces well worth the wait.
While we continue
to give accurate delivery estimates, we ask you to understand that
we are sometimes dependent on manufacturer and artisan schedules beyond
our control. We will make every effort to notify you promptly if your
order requires more time than specified.

Fulfillment
and Cancellations
Orders are shipped
as merchandise becomes available. We reserve the right to hold your
order for completion. If you would prefer a partial shipment of completed
merchandise, you may contact us to make arrangements. Additional shipping
charges may apply.
Once you place
an order, we cannot accept cancellations. An order placed over the
internet is binding. You may not cancel because you change your mind
or find something else. The only way you may cancel is with our permission
or for legal cause, such as fraud. Please be sure the item is what
you want before you order.

Return
Policy
Ours is a unique
business and we have the interests of many artisans and small manufacturers
to consider, as well as our own. After much consideration, we believe
we've created a return policy that's fair to all--customers, producers
and our business. We urge you to study these terms before you place
an order.
A standard production
item may be returned up to 15 days after you receive it. It must still
be brand new, in the same condition as when shipped and in the original
packaging. There is a re-stocking fee of 15% of the purchase price.
Any additional charges, such as delivery, phone or expedited shipping
are not refundable.
To receive credit,
all returns must be pre-authorized. (See
Getting a Return Authorized below.)
No returns
can be accepted after 15 calendar days of receipt.
If your item
arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible,
but it must be within 15 days of receipt. We will replace or repair
the item at no cost to you. When a manufacturer's warranty applies,
we may ask you to ship directly to the manufacturer for repair or
exchange.
Custom items
made to your order cannot be returned.
Items not originally
purchased from us will not be processed as returns.
As soon as receive
and inspect your pre-authorized return, we will credit the appropriate
refund back to your credit card. If you used another method of payment,
we will advise you how your money will be refunded.

Getting
a Return Authorization
To return a standard
item, phone or email us within 15 calendar days of receipt. We will
give you return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization
number (RMA). Writing the RMA number on your package will help ensure
proper credit. Your Return Authorization is good for 7 days from date
of issue. If your item is not shipped within the 7-day limit, you
forfeit your eligibility to return merchandise.
Return merchandise
must be returned in its original packaging. Include all literature,
tags, manuals, hardware and anything else shipped with it. Please
do not assemble or use. To avoid losses, which drive our prices up
for everyone, we need your item back in original condition.
We do not pay
for return shipping on unauthorized repairs or returns. We cannot
give any credit for items which are not returned in their original
condition and packaging. Unauthorized returns will be refused at our
warehouse.

Defective
Items
At
The Cabin takes great pride in the quality of our products
and service. Your merchandise is inspected several times before it
is shipped to you. As a result, we have very few returns due to defects.
But, of course, once in a great while, there may be a problem. Rest
assured, we will promptly replace or repair any defective item to
your satisfaction.
Please inspect
your merchandise as soon as it arrives. Do not assemble or use if
defective.
We can assume
responsibility for defective merchandise only if reported to us within
24 hours after you receive the item.
To report defective
merchandise, click
here or call (901) 753-8515 during regular business
hours. You may also fax a copy of your order receipt and a brief explanation
of the defect to (901) 753-8515. Please include a number where we
may call you back.
After you contact
us, we will explain what specific steps will be taken to remedy the
situation. We will pay for return shipping. And we will either replace
the defective item, if stock permits, or issue a full credit. If the
item carries a manufacturer's warranty, terms of this warranty apply.
We may ask you to ship directly to the manufacturer for repair or
replacement.
We will not pay
for any unauthorized repairs or returns, so please be sure to report
defective merchandise within 24 hours of receipt. Our warehouse cannot
accept any merchandise returned without authorization.
Defective items
must be returned unassembled with all of the original packaging, literature
and parts. We reserve the right to refuse replacement of any item
damaged after receipt.

Restocking
Fee for Refused Shipments
If you or someone
else refuses receipt of any item legitimately ordered from us, we
must charge a restocking fee of 15% of purchase price. Any delivery
or shipping charges will not be refunded.

We select our
suppliers very carefully. Every item we sell comes from an artisan
or manufacturer with a long-standing reputation for impeccable quality.
Everything you order from us is backed by people who share our commitment
to your satisfaction. We are proud to honor and support their warranties.
As soon as your
merchandise arrives, we encourage you not only to inspect it carefully
but also to familiarize yourself with all limitations to and conditions
